CONTEXT AND OBJECTIVES

Italy is home to numerous companies that have contributed to the country's economic and social growth, modernizing its infrastructure, services, and technologies, while promoting shared social and cultural values. Many of these companies have long and storied histories, with iconic products that exemplify the renowned Italian Style, or have pioneered high-tech projects and solutions worldwide. These companies possess vast and significant documentary assets housed within historical archives, collections, and corporate museums, yet they have to fully harness the opportunities afforded by advanced archival digitization and the publication of these materials.

The goal of the project is to provide these companies with an invaluable tool, a viable and sustainable approach to digitizing their history that combines advanced technology, increased quantity and quality of published content, and training and retraining of staff. 

ACTIVITY DEVELOPMENT

Embarking on a digitization project of archives and historical heritage presents at least two opportunities.
