HERITAGE FOR EDUCATION AND RESEARCH

This initiative is designed for those who recognize the value of corporate heritage as an opportunity for education, fostering a sense of belonging, and engaging stakeholders, thereby raising awareness of the company's unique history. The focus is on sharing knowledge and giving back to the community. Involvement, cooperation, and inclusion are the key elements that set apart projects aimed at enhancing corporate Heritage, with involvement from individuals such as young people, children, schools, training institutions, researchers, social workers, and employees playing crucial roles.

TARGET AUDIENCE

The Made In Heritage People project caters to individuals, especially young people, who seek training opportunities in the field of heritage enhancement. It also serves companies in need of new professionals and aims to enhance the skills of their existing workforce. Additionally, training institutions focused on fostering corporate culture can benefit from this initiative.

CONTEXT AND OBJECTIVES

The digital conversion of company archives has become a technically simple and cost-effective process. The required technologies are readily accessible, and the primary challenge faced by many Italian companies lies in finding human resources equipped with the necessary expertise to utilize these technologies proficiently and in accordance with professional standards.
To address this issue, the People project proposes two alternative solutions: training existing company personnel or providing specially trained external professionals.
In both cases, the participants receive highly specialized training with a strong emphasis on practical experience. The training incorporates cutting-edge technological tools; and is facilitated by instructors with university and post-graduate level expertise, who also take into account the practical needs of companies.

DEVELOPMENT OF ACTIVITIES

The training program, featuring practical and interactive workshops, covers various topics of significance to companies aspiring to enhance their heritage. Starting with technical aspects such as digital conversion tools, algorithms, 3D photography, and photogrammetry, the training course then delves into specialized marketing and dissemination skills. Participants gain expertise in publication platforms, indexing, copywriting for SEO, technical languages, and social media marketing). The aim is to provide comprehensive training that addresses the diverse needs of companies seeking to leverage their heritage.
